Over the past few years Botany has developed quickly, with many new and near new homes and apartments offering a wide choice to all homeowners. There are excellent schools in Botany catering for all ages levels.

Opened in 2003, our Botany Town Centre office is proud to already be one of the, if not the, most effective real estate offices in Howick/Pakuranga/Botany areas.

With a multicultural team of approximately 40 salespeople who have a wealth of experience to offer, we are able to satisfy most Vendors and Purchasers requirements, no matter how varied. Of course with such a large active team, coupled with our two other branches, it enables us to achieve a high amount of listings giving Purchasers an excellent field of choice.
