Vincent has been living in New Zealand since 1992 in the Howick and Bucklands Beach areas. Prior to making New Zealand his home, he was born and lived in Hong Kong.
Before coming to New Zealand he already had more than 10 years international real estate experience having owned his own companies in Hong Kong and Macau areas. Vincent has worked in real estate in New Zealand since 1996 covering all areas whether it be north, south, east or west.
While he sells residential and commercial properties he is also a rural specialist. In the last 6 years he has produced over $200 million in successful transactions and in 2007's was one of the company's top salesperson. His portfolio of sales included residential, rural and farm sales plus commercial and industrial sales and leases. During this time he was not only making contracts but also building up friendships with his clients, the reason why he has so many happy and satisfield vendors and purchasers - quite a few now being his best friends.
He really enjoys marketing real estate, as to become so successful in New Zealand he needed to work harder than in Hong Kong in order to provide an excellent service for his clients. That is why, although Vincent is working almost 7 days a week , he still enjoys it! He likes being creative and has an outgoing mind and character along with self-motivation and an energetic body which brings out the best in his character. When Vincent has time he likes to walk on the beach with his family and play with his young daughter.. Vincent is also a keen golfer, being a member of the Pakuranga Golf Club since 1996.
To add to his list of achievements, Vincent is an Associate member of REINZ and also holds a current "Licensee and Auctioneer Certificate" in Australia and New Zealand.
