Originally from Malaysia, Kim moved to NZ in 1987 after graduation from the University of Windsor, Canada, on completion of her Bachelor of Commerce degree. She found more than a good job in NZ: a clean beautiful environment, friendly, supportive and encouraging people career-wise and socially, a great lifestyle . . . and she's never left.
After working as an Accountant for 3 years, she imported clothes and accessories and operated a retail/wholesale store in Auckland City. On selling up that business, but continuing with importing, she expanded her products to include cotton wool and food items. After 10 years of wholesaling and distributing to various supermarkets in NZ, she finally made the move to real estate.
Buying her first property in Titirangi in 1988, she since made her home in the Eastern suburbs Howick since 1987. She firmly believes that in a young and growing country like New Zealand, real wealth is created from investment in property. This is evident as for over the last 10 years, property prices have doubled.
Speaking several languages and a smattering of most of the Chinese dialects, Kim would love to help you DOUBLE YOUR WEALTH THRU INVESTMENT PROPERTIES as well as help you FIND YOUR PERFECT HOME, your sanctuary . . .
"WORKING FOR YOU"
Kim Ng recently sold my home in Bridgefield Crescent, Dannemora. I was very pleased with the service she provided. She had very good local knowledge and this assisted me greatly in setting the price with confidence. Her manner was both courteous and professional at all times and she gave me very good advice in the presentation of my home which made it more appealing to prospective buyers and helped achieve a very satisfactory sale.
Kim is a good communicator and negotiator. I recommend her to friends, family and anyone who wishes to sell or purchase a home.
